A Spain-based advocacy group exposed the presence of 102 Chinese run “service stations” in 53 countries that the CCP Foreign Ministry state are volunteer service organization. Documents however show they are involved in intimidation and monitoring exercises of Chinese citizens and diaspora that live overseas. The existence of such locations are direct threat to the sovereignty of the host country.
