“Are Semiconductors the New Oil of the 21st Century” - Audio Version

The U.S. Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Lisa Franchetti announces Project 33 as the U.S. effort to be ready for a war in the western Pacific by 2027.  The apparent goal of the western Pacific appears to be control of the world’s most advanced semiconductor production facilities and raises the question of a new Carter Doctrine.
